What is the UAE AI mandate?

On 4 May 2025, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced that AI would be introduced as a mandatory subject in every UAE government school from Kindergarten to Grade 12, starting the 2025–26 academic year. It is the first national K-12 AI mandate in the world.

Why families across Ajman

A locally-tuned, MoE-aligned AI elective designed for the emirate your family actually lives in.

Direct fit for the federal MoE curriculum

Ajman government schools follow the federal MoE curriculum, where AI is now a mandatory subject from KG to Grade 12. LittleAIMaster maps grade-by-grade to the MoE's seven core AI curriculum areas — foundational concepts, data and algorithms, software applications, ethical awareness, real-world applications, innovation and project design, and policy — so an Ajman child stays in step with, and usually ahead of, the in-school rollout.

Affordable enough for every Ajman household

At AED 519 per year, the family plan is less than one term of a single private-tuition subject — and it covers every child in the household, not one seat per fee. For value-conscious Ajman families, that turns AI literacy from an expensive add-on into a fixed, predictable yearly cost, with the first 3 chapters free to try before you pay.

Arabic-first, bilingual EN + AR

Every lesson runs side by side in English and Modern Standard Arabic with full RTL layout, written by native speakers rather than auto-translated. That fits the bilingual reality of Ajman homes, where children move between an Arabic-medium school subject and English-medium private schooling — and lets parents who are more comfortable in Arabic follow exactly what their child is learning.

Built for the Ajman–Sharjah–Dubai commute

Many Ajman families have a parent or older child commuting daily into Sharjah or Dubai for work or school. Offline mode lets lessons be downloaded once on home Wi-Fi and finished on the bus or in the car, and the self-paced 20–30 minute format slots into the gaps a long Northern Emirates commute leaves behind.

What are the 7 MoE AI curriculum areas?

Every grade band on the platform maps to the seven core curriculum themes confirmed by the UAE Ministry of Education for the KG–Grade 12 AI subject.

1

Foundational AI concepts

What AI is, what it isn't, and how it relates to computing and data. Age-graded from KG sensory stories to Grade 12 model architectures.

2

Data and algorithms

How data is collected, labelled, and turned into predictions. Students learn the moving parts of an algorithm before they meet code.

3

Software applications

Real AI tools — voice assistants, image generators, language models — explored with safe, sandboxed access at each grade level.

4

Ethical awareness

Bias, fairness, privacy, plagiarism, and the responsible use of AI. A core theme in every grade, not an optional add-on.

5

Real-world applications

How AI shows up in healthcare, transport, energy, retail, government services — including UAE-specific case studies.

6

Innovation and project design

Students design and build their own AI systems. Project-based, portfolio-grade work, sequenced from Grade 1 onward.

7

Policies and community engagement

How nations and communities regulate AI. Connects to the UAE National AI Strategy 2031 and the Ministry of AI portfolio.

Ajman: Frequently Asked Questions

Will Ajman government schools have AI lessons this year?
Yes. The federal MoE mandate covers all UAE government schools — Ajman included — for KG to Grade 12 from the 2025–26 academic year onward. Because teachers are still being trained as the subject rolls out, a child practising the same seven MoE areas at home usually arrives in class already ahead.
Is AED 519 per year really affordable for an Ajman family?
Yes. AED 519 covers the whole household for a full year of KG–Grade 12 AI learning — typically less than one term of a single private-tuition subject in Ajman, with no per-child fee. The first 3 chapters are free, so you can see the curriculum before paying anything.
Is the curriculum the same as in Dubai or Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Ajman government schools follow the same federal MoE curriculum as Dubai and Abu Dhabi public schools, so the seven core areas are identical. LittleAIMaster's grade bands map to them the same way, which means your child gets the capital-and-Dubai standard of AI material without leaving Ajman.
My child goes to school in Sharjah or Dubai but we live in Ajman — does this still fit?
Yes. It is the same platform and the same content regardless of where the school sits. Offline mode is built exactly for the long Ajman–Sharjah or Ajman–Dubai commute: download lessons on home Wi-Fi and finish them on the road without using mobile data.
Can a parent who is more comfortable in Arabic follow the lessons?
Yes. Every lesson is available in Modern Standard Arabic with full RTL layout, written by native speakers. An Arabic-first parent can read exactly what their child is studying, discuss it at home, and use the bilingual view to strengthen the child’s English AI vocabulary at the same time.
Is the Arabic version a real build or just a translation?
It is a first-class build. The Arabic content is authored, not machine-translated, and the entire interface — navigation, quizzes, certificates — is laid out right-to-left, so it reads naturally for Khaleeji and Emirati families in Ajman.
