By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a minor, you agree to these Terms on their behalf and accept responsibility for their use.

2. Eligibility

  • Our services are designed for students in Grades 6-12 (ages 10-17)
  • Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use
  • Schools and educators may create accounts for institutional use

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • Not share accounts or allow others to access your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Individual Plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $12/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: $59/year, billed annually

Billing Terms:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • School and institutional pricing available on request

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, distribute, or resell course content
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized areas
  • Harass, bully, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious software or content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LittleAIMaster—including lessons, videos, graphics, and software—is owned by LittleAIMaster or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

7. User Content

Students may create projects, submit answers, and generate content through our platform. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us a license to use, display, and store it for providing our services. We may use anonymized data to improve our platform.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers
