1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LittleAIMaster ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing on behalf of a child, you represent that you have the authority to bind that child to these terms.

2. Description of Service

LittleAIMaster is an educational application designed to teach artificial intelligence concepts to students in Grades 6-12. The App provides:

Interactive learning content and lessons
Quizzes and assessments
Progress tracking
Completion certificates

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

Monthly Subscription: Provides access to all premium content, billed monthly
Yearly Subscription: Provides access to all premium content, billed annually

Payment and Renewal:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase

Free Trial:

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in LittleAIMaster, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of LittleAIMaster or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Share your account with others
Attempt to reverse engineer the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

LittleAIMaster is designed for children aged 6-18. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTLEAIMASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
