ages 2–4 · 1 activity · about 5 minutes each
Print this and work through one activity at a time. Each one ends with something you can check, so you can tell whether the idea actually landed rather than guessing.

Ages 3–7 · about 10 minutes

- Have the child look at the room through the tube and describe only what fits in the circle.
- Move the tube and ask what happened to the thing they just described.
- Ask whether the sofa stopped existing when it left the circle.

A note on tools: everything recommended for ages 2–4 is free and runs in a browser. If a product asks you to pay before your child can finish an activity, there is almost always a free equivalent.
