How to delete your account and all associated data

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the LittleAIMaster app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap "Account"
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to: privacy@littleaimaster.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your email address and login credentials
  • Your profile information (name, avatar)
  • Your learning progress and quiz scores
  • Your subscription history (note: cancel subscriptions separately)
  • Any certificates you've earned
  • All associated personal data

Cancel Your Subscription First

Important: Before deleting your account, please cancel any active subscriptions:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LittleAIMaster → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → LittleAIMaster → Cancel

Note: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately through Apple or Google.

Important Information

  • Account deletion is PERMANENT and cannot be undone
  • You will lose all learning progress and certificates
  • If you want to use LittleAIMaster again, you'll need to create a new account
  • Refunds for unused subscription time must be requested from Apple/Google

Data Retention After Deletion

  • Personal data: Deleted within 30 days
  • Anonymized analytics: May be retained (cannot identify you)
  • Legal/financial records: Retained as required by law

Children's Accounts

Parents or guardians can request deletion of their child's account by:

  • Using the in-app deletion feature (if you have access)
  • Emailing privacy@littleaimaster.com with verification of parental relationship
