Module 10 of 16 · Master: Deep Learning & LLMs
AI Brains: Neural Networks & Deep Learning
Build artificial brains! Neurons, layers, and the magic of deep learning.
40 chapters
What this module covers
AI Brains builds a neural network one piece at a time. It starts with the neuron that inspired the idea and the perceptron, then adds weights and biases, activation functions and layers until students have a full network.
The middle chapters explain how a network learns: forward propagation, loss functions, gradient descent and backpropagation, plus practical choices such as epochs, batches, dropout and regularisation. The module ends with the architectures behind image and sequence AI: CNNs, RNNs and LSTMs.
Build neural networks, understand transformers, create with generative AI, and learn the tech behind ChatGPT.
