How we hire
Fair, practical, paid for work samples. Typically 2–3 weeks end to end.

A 30-minute chat with the hiring manager. We focus on fit, motivation, and what excites you about AI education.

Practical round
A short, paid work sample tied to the role — code, design, curriculum, or campaign. Real work, not gotchas.

Team interviews
Meet 2–3 future teammates. Expect conversations about how you think, collaborate, and handle trade-offs.

Offer & onboarding
If it's a match, we move fast. Clear offer, transparent equity, and a structured first 90 days so you can ship quickly.
